Project objective: To produce a stable temperature sensor for a compressor station
Problem: Exposed to constant vibration and high temperature, thermoelectric thermometers did not operate stably in the long-term perspective. Rapid sensor failure was also caused by the design of the thermocouple wire, which was frequently stuck with soot
Solution: Manufacture of the ТХА-К 3052 temperature sensor that featured vibration resistance G1 as per GOST52931
Outcome: The special vibration-resistant design has made it possible to increase the sensor lifetime and achieve accurate readings while minimizing thermal inertia.
