OAO Taif-Nk has working relation with OOO NPO Vakuummash since 2001. During this period there was several supplies made to us of multipoint temperature sensors TSPv-1388.

There was no complaints on our part as to the timing and the quality of the supplied product. During use the RTDs have kept their metrological characteristics and had shown sufficient mechanical rigidity and reliability in work.

In response to your request I let you know that in January 2016 OAO Udmurtneft had received, for testing, RTDs by your manufacture, namely TSMv-1388-02-1500C-50M-B4-C10 (of TU 4211-036-39375199-11) in the quantity of 4 pieces.

The stated RTDs were installed on our sectional centrifugal pumps. The temperature of outer environment at the site is -40…+40C, the measurement temperature is up to +100C.

During the testing period which is still on, your RTDs have shown reliability (not a single failure was registered), stable operability and measurement characteristics.

In conclusion we esteem products of OOO NPO Vakuummash as good for use in the systems of control at similar sites in oil industry.

We would like to bring it ot your attention that quality management system maintained at our company conforms to GOST R ISO 9001-2001 and STO Gasprom 9001-2006.

One of requirements of the QMS is an annual evaluation of suppliers with whom the organization had been in agreed relations, and a notification of supplers of the results of our evaluation.

The suppliers have been evaluated acccording to the following criteria:

• Level of product quality
• Level of organizedness of the supplies (presence of all accompanying documentation)
• Level of loyalty of the supplier (behavior in mutual financial matters, promptness of reactions to found quality problems)
• Level of prospectiveness of the supplier (presence of quality management system)
